What we offer

We run:

*seminars aimed at school leaders – including those who are aspiring headteachers or current deputes or principal teachers in both primary and secondary schools.

*bespoke seminars and programmes and for aspiring middle leaders, those involved in current initial teacher training in leadership, pedagogy for effective learning and teaching

*seminars aimed at leaders within care – including those who are aspiring to leadership roles in a variety of settings

Seminars are is mix of presentation and input from specialists and time and space for workshop and professional networking opportunities.

We write:

regular blogs to stimulate discussion and debate across the system. It is only by opening up to each other and to others’ views that we can grow and contribute to a range of media both digital and print.

We offer:

  • keynote conference presentations on a wide range of topics including Leadership, Values and Vision, Preparing for Inspection, Curriculum Planning, School Improvement, Pedagogy for Effective Learning and Teaching, Inclusion and Health and well-being for professionals.

  • bespoke school or cluster-based learning days, half days or twilight sessions to support your identified professional leaning needs

  • individual face to face or online support (and challenge) for you in evaluating and improving your learning or care organisation, reflecting on your own performance or developing your own courage in making difficult decisions and in having challenging, professional conversations.

  • seminars and learning conversation starters on all current Scottish educational and care issues.

  • a seven session coaching /mentoring programme for individual leaders at all levels across sectors

  • all of the above on a variety of platforms including onsite and via ZOOM, Go To Meeting and Microsoft Teams.
