What People Are Saying
“I recently engaged Cor ad Cor to work with individuals in my teams as part of their professional development as senior leaders. Working with Isabelle Boyd was a straightforward, and successful, process. She has tremendous experience, is insightful, well organised and is able to provide support and challenge in a constructive, objective way. I would have no hesitation in working with Cor ad Cor again.”
— Sheena Devlin, Director (Education and Children's Services) at Perth & Kinross Council
“Isabelle delivered a thought-provoking and insightful session on 'Courageous Leadership' to a group of our middle leaders. She brings a wealth of experience as an educational leader with a strong track record at school and Local Authority, which underpins her credibility. Five minutes in her company will inspire you. Isabelle is an extremely experienced mentor who engaged well on both a personal and professional level. The level of challenge was very good but equally important was the support through a difficult situation.”
— Andrew Smith, Head Teacher Larkhall Academy
“Isabelle has wide and very successful experience across Scottish Education. As a school leader, she was highly effective and she now has refined and developed her leadership skills during her successful senior leadership role in North Lanarkshire Council. On a personal level, I have always found her to be a very knowledgeable and friendly colleague who offered reliable advice, while always showing commitment to the development of high standards for students of all abilities and backgrounds. I am confident that she will, In Cor ad Cor, use her knowledge, experience and skills to help develop successful new leaders who can focus on the key issues they need for future success.”
