The legacy of the Donaldson Review has been the presumption that most CLPL for teachers should be of Master’s Level and a clear focus on leadership at all levels. Many find the leap into this type of professional learning a bit daunting. Our Learning to Lead Programme is an excellent precursor to Master’s level courses at universities. The 3 online sessions exploring leadership styles and leading for improvement are a mix of teaching, discussion, networking and advice in academic writing. The sessions are delivered by colleagues who have both school leadership and university teaching experience.
