•Agree with you 2 positive areas in respect of you against the GTCS Standards for Middle Leadership and one area for further development.

This will aid you in meeting own PRD requirements and will help set you up for further work with Playback Leaning or Cor ad Cor and all other agencies including Education Scotland.
